What is NiftyProp?
NiftyProp is an Indian prop firm for NSE index options traders. You pay a one-time fee, pass a 1-Step or 2-Step challenge (or skip it with Instant funding), and trade a funded account from ₹50K to ₹10L. Funded traders keep up to 90% of the profit as a payout, paid in rupees to a verified UPI ID or bank account. Funded accounts hold simulated capital. NiftyProp is a brand of IndieFunded Private Limited.
How does a prop firm challenge work?
You buy a challenge for an account size. Trade it to the profit target (10% on 1-Step; 8% then 5% on 2-Step) without breaking the daily or overall loss limit, on at least 3 trading days. Pass and you become a funded trader: you pick a bi-weekly or monthly payout cycle and request your profit split when each window opens. There is no time limit on either challenge. Instant accounts skip the challenge and start funded.
Is the capital real? Do I trade real money?
No. As at most modern prop firms, funded accounts hold simulated capital: your trades are simulated on live NSE market data and no order is sent to the exchange. That is what lets us offer a ₹10L account for a small fee, and it means you can never lose more than the fee you paid. Your payout is real money: when you are funded and meet the rules, NiftyProp pays your profit split from its own funds to your verified UPI ID or bank account.
How do payouts and the profit split work?
Once funded you choose a payout cycle: bi-weekly (a payout window every 14 calendar days, 80% profit split) or monthly (a payout window every 30 calendar days, 90% profit split). When the window opens you request a payout from the dashboard, calculated as that share of the profit made in the cycle. Each request needs at least 3 trading days in the cycle, no rule breach and completed KYC; Instant accounts carry extra consistency checks. Payouts are reviewed and paid in INR by IndieFunded Private Limited from its own funds to your verified UPI ID or bank account. They are not guaranteed, many traders do not pass a challenge, and payouts may be taxable in your hands.
Do I get my challenge fee back?
Yes, once you are earning. For any account bought on or after 14 September 2026, when the third payout on that account is paid we refund the fee you paid for it: the amount actually charged, including GST, after any discount code or points. It goes to the same verified UPI ID or bank account as your payouts, and it applies to every account, including the ₹999 Starter. Payouts are not guaranteed, so neither is reaching the third one.
What happens if I fail a challenge?
Breaking a loss limit ends that account, and that is all. You never owe anything beyond the fee. You get a personal code for 25% off a retry of the same challenge, valid for 7 days, and your trade journal stays in your dashboard so you can see exactly what went wrong.
What is the ₹999 Starter?
A full 2-Step challenge on a ₹50,000 account for a one-time ₹999: an 8% Phase 1 target, a 5% Phase 2 target, a 5% maximum daily loss and a 10% maximum overall loss, with the same up to 90% profit split once funded. Nothing about the rules, platform or payouts is cut down. It is a launch price and may be withdrawn for new purchases at any time; accounts already bought are not affected. Discount codes do not apply to it.
What is the difference between Instant, 1-Step and 2-Step?
How you get funded. 2-Step has two phases (8% then 5% targets) with the widest loss limits, 5% daily and 10% overall, and the lowest prices. 1-Step has one phase: a 10% target within a 3% daily and 6% overall loss limit. Instant has no challenge at all: you start funded, under a 3% daily loss limit, a 5% trailing drawdown and consistency checks on every payout request.
What is instant funding?
Instant funding means you skip the challenge and trade a funded account from the first day, with a payout window from your first cycle. Because there is no challenge, the rules do the checking: a 5% trailing drawdown (intraday, or end of day for a higher fee), a 3% daily loss limit, and consistency conditions on every payout request. It suits traders who already have a tested process.
What account sizes are available?
Funded accounts range from ₹50K to ₹10L. Instant: ₹50K, ₹1L, ₹2L, ₹3L, ₹5L, ₹10L. 1-Step: ₹1L, ₹2L, ₹3L, ₹5L, ₹10L. 2-Step: ₹50K, ₹1L, ₹2L, ₹3L, ₹5L, ₹10L.
What does the fee include?
A funded account (after the challenge, or straight away on Instant) on the NiftyProp Web platform; real-time tracking of your targets and loss limits; the NiftyProp Score and trade analytics after every session; a certificate when you pass; payouts once funded; and support on WhatsApp and email. It is a one-time fee with no subscription or renewal. Every order gets a GST tax invoice from IndieFunded Private Limited.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase and no trade has been placed on the account. Once a trade is placed the fee has been used and is not refundable, except that we refund it with your third payout on that account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How fast do I get my account after paying?
Usually within minutes. Your account appears in the trader dashboard and your login details are emailed to you as soon as the payment is confirmed, and always within 24 hours. If you have not received access within 24 hours, write to us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Is there a time limit to pass?
No. 1-Step and 2-Step challenges have no time limit. Every account does need at least one trade every 30 calendar days to stay active; we email you at 21 and 27 days, and any single trade resets the count. An inactive account is closed, which is not a rule breach. An account holding an open position is never closed for inactivity.
Can I have more than one funded account?
Yes. You can stack several accounts across challenge types and sizes, up to a combined allocation limit per trader, and each one earns its own payouts. Each account is assessed on its own rules. Using one account to hedge another, or trading in coordination with other people, is not allowed.
What can I trade?
Buying NSE index options, such as NIFTY, BANK NIFTY and FIN NIFTY contracts, in MIS (intraday) and NRML (positional) products. Option selling and non-index instruments are not available.
What is EOD trailing drawdown on Instant?
Instant has a 5% trailing drawdown, and you choose how it trails at checkout. Intraday trailing follows the highest equity your account reaches at any moment. End-of-day (EOD) trailing follows only your highest closing equity, so an intraday high you give back before the close never raises the floor. Both lock at your starting balance once you are 5% up, and the floor is checked live during the day either way. EOD trailing costs more.
Are there brokerage and trading charges?
Every simulated order pays the charges an Indian discount broker applies to NSE index options: brokerage of ₹20 per executed order plus statutory charges (STT, exchange and SEBI fees, stamp duty and GST). They are deducted from your account balance when the order fills, so your P&L, loss limits, profit target and payouts are all measured after charges, as they would be on a real broker statement. They are simulated: nothing is billed to you. The full schedule is on the Rules page.
What is Lightning mode?
Lightning mode is a single-screen layout of the NiftyProp Web trading platform. It shows up to four charts at once (any mix of NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY and option contracts), the strikes with your lot and product presets beside them, and your positions and orders underneath. You can turn on one-click order entry, where a tap places a market order, or leave it off to review each order in the ticket. It is included with every account, and on a phone it shows one or two charts.
Who can join?
Anyone in India aged 18 or over. You will need to complete identity verification (KYC), with a bank account or UPI ID in your own name, before any payout is made. No prior experience is required for the 2-Step challenge.

Yes.
