NiftyProp is a brand and trading name of IndieFunded Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 on 25 August 2026, with Corporate Identity Number (CIN) U85499RJ2026PTC117436 and GST Identification Number (GSTIN) 08AAJCI0982R1ZR, having its registered office at Ward No. 3, Hari Nagar, Behind Birla Museum, Ceeri Pilani, Pilani Town, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333031, India.

That company is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy, within the meaning of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), and the body corporate responsible under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

We do not collect your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. Those are handled by our payment gateways.

We process personal data only for the purposes above. Under the DPDP Act, we rely on the consent you give when you create a profile or make a purchase, and on legitimate uses permitted by law, such as complying with tax and other legal obligations and preventing fraud.

We send service messages about your orders, accounts and rewards. We send marketing only where you have agreed, and every marketing email includes a way to opt out.

We use automated checks on trading activity to apply the trading rules and detect prohibited conduct. Reward decisions are reviewed by a person before payment.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Payment gateways and banks, to process payments, refunds and reward transfers.
• Service providers who host our systems, send email, store files, provide analytics or help us verify identity, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing services to us.
• Professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality.
• Government authorities, regulators or courts, where the law requires or to protect our legal rights.

Some service providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to the standard this policy describes, and we do not transfer data to any country the Government of India restricts.

We keep personal data for as long as your profile is active and as long afterwards as needed to meet legal obligations. Invoice, payment and tax records are kept for the periods required by GST, income tax and company law. KYC records are kept for as long as needed to support rewards paid and to meet legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and restricted access to KYC data. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Access information about the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Have your data erased, where it is no longer needed and we are not required by law to keep it.
• Withdraw consent at any time. This will not affect processing already carried out, and we may not be able to continue providing the Services.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
• Have your grievance addressed by us, and then by the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise a right, email support@niftyprop.com from the address on your profile. We may need to verify your identity first.

The Services are only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. The Cookie Policy lists them and explains how to control them.

Write to support@niftyprop.com with "Privacy grievance" in the subject line, or by post to the address above. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you by email about changes that materially affect how we use your data.
